摘要: 提出一个基于3G无线网络的节省流量的视频监控系统方案。以S3C2440作为系统处理器,将USB摄像头和3G无线上网卡相结合,采用嵌入式Linux操作系统。描述系统的大体框架,介绍系统的硬件、软件设计。将嵌入式技术与3G技术相结合,来达到远程视频监控的目的。针对目前3G网络收费普遍较高的问题,提出一系列节省流量的方法。

Abstract: This paper provides the design of a wireless video surveillance system based on 3G. This system uses the embedded processor S3C2440, with the Linux operating system, the camera and the 3G wireless card with USB interface. The system general structure is described, and the hardware and software design of this surveillance system are introduced. This paper combines the embedded technology and 3G technology to achieve remote video surveillance system. Owing to the high spending of 3G network, a series of ways are proposed to solve this problem.
